Privacy policy

Effective from website launch. Editable in admin Settings → SEO & policies.

What we collect

Enquiry forms collect your name, phone, optional email, message, property/area context and — for visit requests — your preferred date and time. A honeypot field and rate limits protect the forms from spam.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange site visits. We do not sell enquiry data or create public accounts.

Storage

Valid enquiries are stored in our MySQL database (table enquiries) and visible only to authenticated staff in /admin/. Backups are kept outside the public web root per the deployment guide.

Email notifications

Optional SMTP notifications (configured via environment settings) alert staff of new enquiries. If email is unconfigured or fails, the stored enquiry still succeeds and the failure is logged for retry — we never claim a message was sent when no provider is configured.

Maps & fonts

Office maps load Google Maps embeds and pages load Google Fonts; those providers receive standard request data (e.g. IP address) under their own policies.
